sequence developmentOngoing neuroimaging research projects are
supported by the development of innovative MR imaging techniques and pulse
sequences, optimized for general and specific research goals.
Our main research interests include:
- high-resolution anatomical and functional MRI (fMRI),
- real-time fMRI and brain-computer interface,
- simultaneous EEG/MRI data acquisition
- quiet EPI sequences optimized for sleep studies,
- shimming,
- optimization of diffusion imaging sequences for the characterization of
aging brain and related diseases,
- optimization of arterial spin labelling sequences and blood flow
quantification for the characterization of aging brain and related diseases,
- parallel imaging and related image reconstruction techniques,
- development of quality assurance protocols for various MRI and fMRI
techniques.
